It's part of the Mandarin Duck Consort's garden. She keeps trying to give me flowers every time I visit her.

she gestures to the peonies in her hair that are now simply accessories rather than manifestations of her power. she isn't so fond of how these peonies are also her chains in a way, but she is gesturing to them to emphasize her point. ]

That's one of the big downsides to being stuck on a ship—not exactly a lot of places to see real flowers here, huh?

The plants on the observation deck seem to be real, but with a room like this, it's hard to say how much is real in a place like this.

If I request for more flowers from the senior officers, I think it'd be approved, but flowers won't last long on a ship like this.

Hm... could always ask them for advice on how to keep them alive and see if they've got ideas—Amalthea might know, if they're the gardening expert? It seems like they've got somewhere for growing produce on the ship, so it's not out of the question.

It isn't something I should grow used to, but it is a good idea. I doubt I am the only one who likes flowers on this ship.

Haha, probably not. And it doesn't hurt to keep yourself occupied with something—I don't know about you, but I have more free time on this ship than I know what to do with.

Requests of all kinds. Some people ask to find a lost item or the owner of a lost item.

It can be a nuisance more often than not, but if people are able to pay the price, I oblige.

There’s a saying that goes, ‘If you curse another, dig two graves.’ If you want to place a deadly curse on someone, then another life must be sacrificed to that end. If it’s benediction that you desire, then your material possessions must be offered up. The price of finding lost items is up for negotiation.
